Nothing.
Forget all the "righteous" things about hacking, that he "seems" to portray. The Hitler youth that he infects with ideals of "right" and "wrong" are extremely inaccurate, and the preservation of security its fleecing the common system administrator of the IT industry.
If a criminal started casing my company at 2am while I was on duty and then came in through an unlocked door in the side of building, started peeping around the files in the financial offices .... sure shame on my company for having the unlocked door, but the ethics warrent me to sue him and make sure he is FULLY served a healthy dose of the American legal system.
I would try to take his him, seperate him from his family, and try for life in prison.
In the lowers common denominator, he is no more than a common criminal looking for the thrill and the challange for personal ego trip.
I hope the FBI sticks it to him.
