I wouldn't be surprised if there are more than a couple defaced sites out there due to information posted within.
So in the case where the victim's site is hosted by another company could fault be placed on them? Is denying directory listings considered proper security measures when hosting client sites?
Perhaps it is too easy to setup a website / host client sites. Maybe some exploitation will convince the public that getting their nephew to setup their company's site is not the best idea.
