Job Description: <P>Secure Computing is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to contribute to the substantial sales growth of our industry leading network security products. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and supervision of our inside sales team. You will also be responsible for tracking sales activity, providing sales projections, and creating and analyzing metrics that drive results.<BR> <BR><STRONG>Primary responsibilities include</STRONG>:</P>

<UL>

<LI>Motivating and leading a team of Inside Sales professionals to ensure attainment of objectives.</LI>

<LI>Monitoring, training, coaching and developing the team. </LI>

<LI>Providing the team with sales tools and techniques to achieve their goals.</LI>

<LI>Providing Senior Management with weekly reports on sales activities, projections and performance.</LI>

<LI>Lead in the continued development of a sales-driven culture, and fun, fast-paced environment. </LI></UL>
Job Requirements: <UL>

<LI>BA/BS in relevant field </LI>

<LI>3 – 5 years experience as an inside sales rep, with an additional 3+ years of direct management experience of an inside sales department.</LI>

<LI>Thorough understanding of applying appropriate metrics and measurements in a sales environment.</LI>

<LI>Clear leadership, mentoring and motivational abilities; experience hiring, developing, rewarding and retaining a sales team. </LI>

<LI>Possess demonstrated success in the sales life-cycle: prospecting, buying behaviors, negotiation, overcoming objections and closing the deal.</LI>

<LI>Experience with account planning, account development and retention strategies, pipeline management and selling capabilities.</LI>

<LI>Clear ability to multi-task and learn and leverage a variety of software applications.</LI>

<LI>Must have strong analytic side to compliment sales ability.</LI>

<LI>Ideal candidate will have worked with overall sales quota of $50M+ and directly or indirectly supervised a 25+ person sales team.</LI>

<LI>Experience in Internet Security industries strongly preferred.</LI>

<LI>Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills; knowledge of CRM system a plus. </LI></UL>
